Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $350 dollars.
It may take 3-5 business days for your items to ship.
We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages. A tracking number will be available to you after your purchase.

Returns/Exchange Policy

We do not provide refunds, ALL returns will be eligible for store credit only. Please message us prior to shipping the items back and we will determine if the return is due to Damage/Defect or if it is a customer-preference return. If the item is defective, we will issue a return label for the item being returned as well as the replacement Item. If it is a customer preference return, you will be responsible for the shipping of the item being returned as well as the shipping costs of the exchange. Item must be mailed back within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. The product must be in unused/unworn condition with tags, Items must not have any odors. If odors are detected, the item will be shipped back to you and will be considered used. After we receive your item, our team will inspect and process your credit. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all returns. The credit will be issued to your account automatically once it is approved.
